1. Who We Are
Goodraze is a UK-based mobile SIM provider offering plans with unlimited data, calls and texts. As part of each plan, a donation is made on your behalf to a UK-registered charity of your choice.
2. Eligibility
To use a Goodraze SIM, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian. Services are intended for personal use within the UK.
3. Fair Use
While our plans are advertised as unlimited, we operate a fair usage policy to prevent abuse of the network. Excessive or unusual usage patterns that may affect network performance may result in a review of your usage.
4. Donations
A set amount from each monthly plan is allocated to a UK-registered charity. You can choose from our list of partner charities. Goodraze reserves the right to amend, update or remove charity partners at any time.
5. Billing and Payments
Plans are paid monthly in advance. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Failed or late payments may result in temporary service suspension until payment is received.
6. No Contract
Goodraze SIMs are offered on a rolling monthly basis with no long-term commitment. You are free to cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Coverage and Network Availability
Our service operates using UK network partners. While we aim to provide consistent coverage, availability may vary by location and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, maintenance or network congestion.
8. SIM Usage
You must not use your Goodraze SIM for any illegal, fraudulent or commercial activity that breaches UK law or these terms. We may suspend or terminate services if your usage poses risk to our network, other users or charity partnerships.
