To sign up, download the Goodraze app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, tap "Sign Up," and enter your email address, a secure password, and your mobile number. Follow the prompts to verify your email and complete the setup. It takes just a few minutes to get started!

You’ll need to provide your full name, a valid email address, a mobile number, and a payment method (credit/debit card or digital wallet). We may also ask for your date of birth for age verification and to ensure compliance with UK regulations.

After signing up, open the Goodraze app and select your plan. You’ll receive a QR code in the app to activate your eSIM. Go to your phone’s settings, select "Mobile Network," then "Add Mobile Plan," and scan the QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation. It’s quick and easy!

If you’re unable to log in, check your email and password for typos. If you’ve forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen to reset it. If issues persist, contact our support team via the app or at support@goodraze.co.uk.

Log into the Goodraze app, go to "Account Settings," and select "Personal Details." You can update your email, phone number, or other information there. Save your changes, and you may need to verify the new email or number.

In the Goodraze app, navigate to "Plan & Usage," then select "Change Plan." Choose from our range of data plans, review the details, and confirm. Your new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

To disable auto-renew, open the Goodraze app, go to "Plan & Usage," and select "Manage Subscription." Toggle off "Auto-Renew." Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, then it will pause.

Open the Goodraze app and visit the "Plan & Usage" section. You’ll see a real-time breakdown of your data usage, including remaining data and usage history. You can also set alerts for nearing your data limit.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed through the Goodraze website.

Go to "Account Settings" in the Goodraze app, select "Payment Methods," and tap "Add New Payment Method" or "Edit." Enter your new card or digital wallet details and save. You may need to verify the new payment method.

If you notice an incorrect charge, contact our support team via the Goodraze website or at support@goodraze.co.uk. Provide your account details and a description of the issue, and we’ll investigate promptly to resolve it.

We’re sad to see you go! To close your account, open the Goodraze app, go to "Account Settings," and select "Close Account." Follow the prompts to confirm. Your eSIM will be deactivated, and billing will stop immediately.

If your plan is paused or auto-renew is off, your eSIM will remain inactive but not fully deactivated for up to 6 months. After 6 months of inactivity, we may deactivate your eSIM and close your account unless you resume service.

Goodraze accounts are non-transferable due to security and regulatory reasons. If someone else needs service, they can sign up for a new account using their own details on the Goodraze website.

On the Goodraze website login screen, tap "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password. Follow the link and create a new password to regain access.
